Choc Chip Cookie for One!

This isn't anything close to what I usually write about but I just fluked an amazing cookie recipe to serve one! I would like to thank Masterchef for my cookie craving, my nan (who this recipe was inspired by) and my pantry for not having anything in it that fancied at my time of cookie neediness.

Stuff you'll need:
1/4 Cup of Plain Flour
1 Tbsp White Sugar (I used Caster Sugar)
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Softened Butter
2-3 Tbsp Choc Chips or just roughly chop 2-3 rows of your favourite chocolate (I used Cadbury Top Deck)
2 drops of Vanilla Essence
Pinch of baking Soda
2 Tbsp of Water

Just chuck it all in a cereal bowl and stir! Add a bit more water as needed. The mixture needs to be just holding itself together.

Line a tray with baking paper and plonk place the mixture in the desired shape. Makes two reasonably sized cookies and one generously sized one for those who don't wish to share (ME!)

Then bake in a fan forced oven for 12-15 at 200 Degrees. Cookies will be soft and gooey! Bake longer for desired texture.

bake. eat. enjoy.

If you give this recipe a go be sure to share a photo with me via FacebookTwitter or Instagram! I'd love to see them.

  2. That's amazing. I am embarrassed to say I have no chocolate in the house, otherwise I would be making one right now.

    1. Katherine you could put anything in it!

      Idea word vomit:
1 teaspoon Cocoa powder = chocolate cookie
Add nuts, cinnamon (Elouise's idea) and/or coffee

You have to have something along those lines in your house :)
